Ten shooters participated in the November field target match at Prado -- a nice turnout. We had four guests this time. Larry Pirrone, Gary Grewer (& Wife), and Art Burciaga from Shade Tree Shooters (Angeles Silhouette shooting club) came to visit. It was great seeing Art such a long way from home.

The course was fairly typical with the usual squirrel in a tree (kneeling), shooting through the bucket and an offhand position. The weather was outstanding: warm but not hot and no wind.

Larry Pirrone was shooting Field Target for the first time and did a very good job considering he was shooting with open sights and no elevation adjustments. Gary Grewer did an excellent job during his first attempt at Field Target shooting most of the match Prone. Mrs. Grewer did an excellent job grouping her shots very well at the practice targets. John Pocsics shot the course offhand. Congratulations to Erwin for his all time personal best so far (21).

Ron Jobbes and Steve Moore once again competed for supremacy in the spring gun class. Ron edged Steve out one more time.

Don't forget to keep the second weekend in December open for that annual Christmas shoot, potluck, swap meet, and election of officers Sunday, 12/14/08 !!!!!!
