Kneeling Bag

Postby cdisalvo » Thu Mar 17, 2016 7:06 pm

Hi, I'm hoping someone can steer me in the right direction. I'm looking to purchase a decent quality kneeling bag for FT. A simple Google search directs me to companies based out of the UK.

Can anyone recommend to me a US based supplier ?

Thank you.

I bought one of these. I only used it for one match but I like it:

We do not use forced kneeling positions at our matches however before you buy something check the handbook for what is legal for kneeling. You can't rest your knee on the bag. You can use something for support under your ankle. Position shooters use a kneeling roll for this which is commercially available.
I am unable to get into the kneeling position with any degree of comfort so I routinely shoot it standing if I am somewhere where they use forced kneeling.

The rule book isn't exactly clear on kneeling roll size so here is a thread where I asked for clarification:

I use a rolled up section of camping mat, secured with duct tape. Very light and effective, it hangs under my stool with a bungee when not in use.

That said, here are more commercial options:

I've been using one from Champion's Choice for several years and I know several others have used the same one.
